If you've been eating the same, training the same, and you aren't getting the results that you want...try something new!

 

So many of us use the same training regimen discounting our physical adaptation to the load. The walking program you've done for years isn't going to cut it today. More than likely you aren't going to be a pro at your new endeavor (you might even suck at it), but that is totally okay!

 

Change your weight, reps, sets, or focus on a completely different component of fitness. If you are working on aesthetics, more than likely your diet needs to change.

 

"If you aren't willing to work on it, you've disqualified yourself from whining about it!"

 

Today is a perfect day to make a change and try something new, even it is feels scary!
